Oh definatly. It's simple to target individuals with an H-Bomb. You just drop one in their lap, and only they die. No one else gets hurt. How awesome! Why don't we do this more often!?

That and the Global Nuclear Disarm(erment?) act of 2000 made all countries including the U.S. disarm their nuclear weapons. Thats why we don't threaten ppl with nukes. No one does. Countries "test" their missles (North Korea, India) but no one has or will ever say again "we are going to nuke you"

"Walk softly and carry a big stick." Well, look how that fucking axiom has deteriorated the fucking world so far. Sometimes you just have to swing that big fucking stick and knock the living shit out of some asshole who desperately deserves it. If we had turned Iraq & Iran into gigantic radiated parking lots, we'd be a helluva lot better off, and so would the rest of the world.
