Depends on why they do it. It's been my experience that a lot of religious types feel it's their duty to demonstrate to everyone how religious they are, and their conversation is laced with lots of flowery references to God, Jesus, etc. If she does that then she's asking to be made fun of. If she's just a nice person who is a little conservative but well-meaning then your roommates should STFU.
