Toothache spawned from satan himself

I am in pain. I'm not talking about broken leg, or knee surgery pain (i wish), i'm talking about full fledged, i want to kill myself pain. I consider myself to have an extremely high pain tolerance but this pain right here is enough to make a lumberjack curl into a ball and cry. I tried working out thinking that maybe that would help me get my mind off of it, nothing happened. The pain is so unbearable that i would rather have one of my fingers cut off if it guaranteed that the pain would never come back. You think i'm joking but i'm dead serious. There is nothing worse than the pain caused by an unbearable toothache. You see, i stupidly chipped my tooth about 6 months ago while attempting to open a beer. Obviously i failed and even worse ended up with half a molar. Now the pain is throbbing from my tooth all the way to my jaw and even the side of my head. I have a dentist appointment tuesday, but i swear on life itself, if this thing does not stop hurting within the next hour i am going to smash it out myself.

Well said #1. I had the same issue a few years ago. Get a bottle of Jagermeister and all your troubles will go away..... :-)
