most customers dont know their ass from a hole in the ground
I work as a chef for startersI like my job do it only cause i like cooking
food is a passion but I hate alot of the customers
some dumb shit ordered a rare burger complained it was too rare next time he came in ordered a rare burger i cooked it med rare for him still to rare finaly cooked him a medium and that was perfect
told the damn waiters to tell the stupid shit he likes medium burgers not rare and learn to order the right fucking temp

Most of the people in the world don't know their ass from a hole in the ground, including chefs. I'm sure you aren't perfect either and do things as a customer that pisses someone else off. Although I admit, that's a funny story. Maybe now that you set him straight, hopefully politely, he won't make the same mistake again.

ill admit im human i know i have my flaws ill admit ive worked with chefs who didnt know their ass from a hole in the ground either sometimes surprised how they actualy got so far knowing what they know ive also worked with great chefs
