I'm rather annoyed with people who talk politics like they know what they're talking about, when they don't.Let me lay it down for you, you're a chemistry major, and don't think for one second that I would suggest that I know more about chemistry than you. I certainly wouldn't suggest that I knew better ways of forming covalent bonds, or whatever it is you do.
However, you, Mr(s). Chemistry, feel that you have a much better handling on politics than I do, despite my having studied the field. It's not just that you have political opinions, it's that you actually believe that we can get away with not collecting taxes, or something like that.
Please, have political opinions. (Please let them be at least a little learned, rather than repeating sound-bytes that you don't fully understand). But don't go on and on about the structure of government just because you read an excerpt from the Communist Manifesto, or had some psychotic Lyndon LaRouche acolyte suggest our country's going down the tubes.

I agree. I get annoyed at anyone that talks about anything they know nothing about. The problem with politics is that IMO, most of the politicians don't know anything about politics.

I think anyone who cares about politics is a victim of the false conciousness that our government has created for us. Get a real major.
