7I agree!!! God Damn, fat people, if you don't like the way you look, stop making excuses and work your ass off (literally). Yes it may take some time to get to the ideal weight you want, but the prize is better at the end of all that hard work!!! 9I used to be very heavy and worked very hard to get healthy (I did it the right way diet and exercise). #7 most people are not heavy because they don't want to exercise even when I was heavy I walked my dogs two miles a day (I'm an outdoors person) and worked in my garden and did tons of yard work, usually it's a psychological thing (emotional eating). Many large people do make excuses but I just wanted to let you know that many don't.
