Big Biz fucks the little guy, ALWAYS

I've been dealing with canon business and citi capitol now for over 2 years. We had leased a copy machine and started to pay monthly, about 6 months into the billing cycle, we start seeing "Late Fees" added to the bill.

So i call up my contact at Canon to try to resolve the problem. Long story short for the past 2 years I haven't been able to find anyone at either company who knows who they work for, nor were they able to help me with the accounting issue. BTW, any person that I did talk to either leaves(fired), get promoted or doesn't work for the company "I need to talk to".

Now, they have a collection agency after ME because they can't get their books straight.

FUCK YOU CANON AND CITICAPITAL!

I wouldn't have let this go for two years. However, you can ask the collection agency to send you proof that you owe these fees, by law they must do that or stop hassling you, hopefully once they cough up the paper trail it will clear things up a little.
