The Left Lane
I am tired of morons driving in the left lane on the freeway. The left lane is for people that pay attention and want to drive 80mph. If you drive a minivan, a toyota camry, or an aveo,or any number of similar "soccer mom" cars, you should be banned from the left lane. If you are talking on your cell phone, get out of the left lane. If you are over 50, GET OUT OF THE LEFT LANE.Rating:5.00

Heh, I like to get in the left lane sometimes and cruise at about 72, just to see the spittle fly from the cars behind me being driven by fools like you. Raging idiots, slow down and save a life.

I don't think people traveling 80mph should be referred to as "raging idiots!" I mean they're only traveling 8 miles an hour faster than you, do you think that keeps you safe from getting in an accident? I think you're more than likely going to cause an accident that avoid one by traveling like a dumb fuck in the fast lane. There's a reason it's called the "fast lane." I hate those bastards traveling at 90, but 80mph....come on! They wouldn't even lose their license for speeding at 80mph! You're just as likely to die at 72 mph. At the same time, I've seen some soccer moms haul ass & some 50 year olds. :)

Comment #2: Where on the freeway is there a sign that says "LEFT LANE IS THE FAST LANE" ? This is something that drivers made up.
The speed limit is a limit for a reason. People can't react as fast when they are driving 90, as opposed to 70.
To the original post, you suck... Maybe you will learn when someone you are close to is hurt by an idiot driving too fast. It happens every day.

The poster above is a soccer mom who drives a minivan, and enjoys talking on her cell phone while driving. The sign says "slower traffic keep right" that means you.
Maybe you haven't noticed, but this is a site for venting, not whining about poeople who do so.

Drivers did not make up the left lane is the fast lane, the law says that the right lane is for slower traffic. Are you smart enough to figure out that if the left lane is for slower traffic then the right lane if for faster traffic?

It seems to me that the soccer mom has as much right to comment as anyone else. Sure this site is for venting, but the comments are there so people can comment on the vent or even debate if they want to.

Huh? If the right lane is for slower traffic then the left lane is obviously for traffic that is moving faster than the traffic in the right lane. Whether that means the traffic in the left lane is allowed to exceed the speed limit is immaterial. Anyone that wants to drive the speed limit is certainly free to do so, but it's up to cops to do something about the speeders, not you and if you insist on driving the speed limit in the left lane even when the majority of drivers want to go faster, all you'll do is piss them off and cause them to do something stupid like tailgate or pass when it's not safe.
