I'm a girl and I kind of have to agree. I mean, yes, it could be frusterating not having someone make a move when you want them to, but you can't blame it all on him. Who knows, maybe he is a dick and led you on, but then again, he could be a super nice guy and didn't want to take advantage of you because he knew you had been drinking. You make the move, sober.

Maybe after the kiss saying, "Hey do you want to come in?" might work - I mean, as a girl I know a lot of guys who are afraid to do anything with a drunk girl because some women scream rape after every sexual encounter.
