8When "you know?" is used too often during a person's speech. Is it really necessary to repeat that rhetorical question every other sentence when explaining your situation? I'm going to start answering it... every time it's said.

If it's not offensive, there's no need for an excuse.
If it's offensive, either don't say it or OWN UP! Don't try and pretend you're being all sweet, and think whatever you say is absolved just because you said, "No offense."
