If you really do care about him, and he cares about you, you should both be comfortable enough with each other to communicate these things and explore each other. 13A lot of good suggestions have been mentioned - he could be gay, could have a psychological issue, could just be selfish. Whatever the reason, he's not satisfying you in an important area of a relationship. You need to TALK it out with him. If he refuses to figure out the problem, then break up.
