Completely Retarted
I work retail and everyone in my department is fucking retarded, lacks common sense (like how to put a price tag on a shelf...), and does nothing all day, letting me clean up their messes... and they make more than me. What does that say about me?FUCK!

1you should accept the fact that you work in retail where the pay is crap. If anyone were intelligent enough to earn more, they would be elsewhere.
i'm not degrading your job by any means, but it should encourage you to be more in life. Just think of it as a step to getting further up the ladder.
don't ever let others keep you from being a good employee, you'll be the one that gets success in the end.

2If they pay you $8/hr then do $8 worth of work each hour... no more, no less. Do your job, don't do other people's jobs and don't clean up after them.
You work in retail. Your managers don't give a flying fuck how much you do. As long as you do what you're supposed to I guarantee they'll think just as highly of you as they would if you keep doing all this extra shit while everyone else sits around.
I worked the sales floor in high school and by my sophomore year in college I was a department manager. Trust me, no one in that store is being paid enough to give a fuck about anything. The 2 important things are that you show up every day and do your job. Don't worry about anything beyond that.

4If it's any comfort, there are idiots in every job unless you're self-employed.
My current company has way too many bosses and not enough leaders. Everyone points fingers and no one gets anything done. But at least I don't own any stock here or I'd be worried. As it is I just do my 40 then relax.
