Fake Customer Service - Bank Lines
Did you ever go to the bank drive thru and there are 3 - 4 open lanes, but only one stupid teller servicing all of them? What moronic imbecile dreamed up this totally fake customer service bullshit?I can't stand it when I pull into the empty lane to find out I will still be sitting there for 20 minutes while the one teller takes care of the other three transactions for the people that are first in line in the other three lanes.
They should just have one fucking lane with a line of 4 cars instead of 4 lanes where everyone thinks they are first, but then find out only one person is being served at a time.

1Haha just had a similar experience today. Wal-Mart pharmacy has 2 "drop off" windows and 4 "pick up" windows. One old lady working all of them, while the pharmacist busts his ass back there filling scripts. There was also some Indian looking woman back there but I couldn't tell what she was doing other than maybe hiding from customers.

2I agree 100%. I also hate the retail & grocery stores that have 10-40 checkout lanes, and yet there's never more than 3-4 open at a time.

4Those are used for special events, such as the day before Christmas or Easter. I worked a Meijer and trust me, on those days every register was open 90% of the time.
