STFU, and leave me alone
People are always asking me about my religion. It's probably because I go to a Catholic school, right? Well, that I can't change, and frankly it has the best academics around, so yeah. But really, I'm still too young to know what the fuck my stand on religion is! If you want to be super-Catholic, more power to you, but that's not me. I guess I couldn't be if I wanted to because I'm pro-choice and for euthanasia and have attempted suicide. I swear all the time and take God's name in vain too damn often. I sin like crazy. I sometimes find myself hating myself for it too. I wish I could believe, but I just DON'T, so stop fucking telling me I'm such a fucking stupid, horrible person. Maybe I am, but guess what? I don't need to fucking hear it all the time. You don't have to mack me out for every fucking opinion I have. You think I'm quiet, NO, I'm just not willing to deal with all your fucking BULLSHIT! I'm never going to be a perfect Catholic, so just leave me the fuck alone. It doesn't mean I don't believe in God. It doesn't mean I'm going to go kill people. Heck, my being pro-choice means that I'd NEVER have an abortion, I just think everyone should have the choice. DAMMIT. Leave me the fuck alone.Rating:3.00

Awesome vent.
I wasn't raised Catholic but I have these crazed Catholic assholes harassing me about me studying Paganism. They tore down my posters and wrote "devil" on them. I could respect their religion if they kept that shit to themselves and stop trying to make everyone love Jesus

If it helps I survived Catholic school from 3rd through 12th grade as a noncatholic. It is possible to get out of it alive and still keep your own beliefs. My elementary and junior high was hell and I suffered through a lot of the same stuff you are going through. I'm glad I went to my Catholic high school though because there I learned that no all Catholics are prejudiced oppressors. There I found out some of them actually think for themselves and are even prochoice and pro contraceptives, etc. Struggle through, survive, and if you can try and find some of the less dogmatic ones to talk with.
