Internet and Cable Provider
Dear Comcast,It's been fun, hasn't it? Our three year relationship has had its up and downs, but I've hung in there. Through the static filled reception that you provided my television, especially the local channels, and the constant times you've dropped my internet mid-download (half a .rar is basically useless)...well, it's been a rough ride. But you've finally pushed me to my limits. How is it that even when you provide your own 800 number to customers that are relocating, you still managed to f$*k it up? Why do I have a charge on my bill for failure to return your modem? I still want your crappy service, just somewhere else. Don't tell me I'm the first person to ever move, you should have this process down by now. It's not my fault that your installation technician (aka community college dropout) couldn't locate the cable room at my new apartment. (BTW, its the only room in the building that doesn't have people living in it. Its also got lots of cables and wires in it). And please don't tell me that I will have to call customer service again and reschedule. Tell you what, I'll get the key from the landlord and plug in the cable myself. I bet I can do it all by myself; I managed to dressed this morning without help, I think I'm more than qualified. I'd even be so nice as to continue paying my bill on time every month. But sadly, this won't ever happen, so, it's over. Oh, and seriously, your rates are ridiculous. $50 for basic cable, are you f$*king kidding me?

1Rediculous rates and shitty service. I appreciate the fact that you were willing to show up at 7 AM on Friday morning to install my new service, but hanging up on me two times when I began calling at 9 to see where the fuck you were was not cool. Finally telling me at 11:30 that you would not be able to make it until noon on Wednesday was even better. Leave me sitting around waiting on your stupid asses without the courtesy of a phone call. Fucking bastards

6forget the dvd's. Get yerself a laptop with a wireless router and I'll bet you anything you'll find several dumb-ass newbies who know nothing about how to secure their router. So, he'll never miss the bandwidth. Afterall, if HIS radio emmissions are going to be randomly lounging in my private space then fuck him and his complaints. He should keep his signals in his own damned house like I do. Isn't a faraday cage such fun?!
