I HATE how AZ is a zero tolerance state
YEAHH they say 0. 08 is the "legal" limit ITS NOT !! ANYTHING ABOVE 0. 00 is a dui!! (in arizona) all those undercover cops at the salt river are assholes for passing out tickets for all 238 of us who blew 0. 01...(from one sip of beer) you dirty bastards THANKS ALOT oh and for all you anti-drinkers.. i wasnt the DD so dont give me shit for intention to drive after sipping a beer. I fully support zero tolerance. It doesn't take much to ruin someone's life if you're drunk, and since people react to alchol differently you never know how much will affect someone.

Boo fucking hoo. You shouldn't be drinking while out in the sun on the river anyway. Alcohol dehydrates you and the intense sun here in AZ speeds up the process.
If you really blew less than the legal limit and were arrested or issued a citation, you could fight it. Apparently you were either too drunk or too stupid to realize that. Take water next time!
