Well, if she's reformed I think she deserves some credit. We've all done shit in our teens that we regretted (except maybe for some of our posters who haven't finished their teens yet).

First of all, who did you find this out from? If she told you, thats one thing. I just hope you aren't getting this information from someone else.
But if her "innocence" is more important to you than her current personality, morals, goals, outlook on life, etc, etc. All the really important things that most people look for in a mate then thats your call.

It made me feel good knowing I was the first man my wife had ever had sex with when we started dating but I wouldn't have dumped her if I knew I wasn't. Of course, 14 is a lot of guys.
I think she probably went through a phase that she regrets and like others have pointed out, unless you heard this from her the information is suspect anyway.

#2 asked a very good first question. If she's the one being honest with you, then that's a wonderful thing and it took a lot of courage - also means she trusts you. Many of us have backgrounds we're not too proud of.
Also, if it keeps you in "paranoid mode" and/or you are someone inclined to keep dredging up the past - then expect nothing good to come of this for either of you...
Besides, "innocence" can often be highly overrated and *could* be a sign of ego (wanting to be the only teacher, or to have control) aleady getting in the way. And if YOU are not a virgin - think about that in particular...

She, like the rest of us, is the person she is now because of whatever events happened in her past. The way she is currently hasn't changed just because you know more about her past.
She may have made some very bad decisions at an age where we all make stupid mistakes, but it's because of her past and the things she's learned since then that she is now the person you fell in love with.

Since they are just dating, let's hope they're using condoms and not relying on tests at this point, #8. If she sleeps around a test is only as good as the last person she slept with before she had the test.

You know everyone has good views and input, but I wouldn't worry about the past bro. What happens in the past is just that, the past. If you too are happy with each other, than move foward in life and not backward. We have all done some crazy, mind blowing shit growing up, some have different ways of learning.
