Do this any more, so now your going out with one of my best friends huh? how unfiar is it that 18 months ago, you were totally into me and i wasnt sure - and then you move on and im stuck totally and utterly head over heels for you. every party we go to, your there, i go shopping nad your there, i go for a meal with my family YOUR THERE! i cant get a away from you, and the thing is you've tried - you know i love you, so youve trried to avoid me but then because of our friendship we both come running back. i dont understand us, i just dont - i need you, i genuinely need you and i have no idea when i became this pathetic because ive never been like this before. you're THAT one, that one that every girl goes through before they find THE one. so please, please help me find another way to get over you. its impossible to be around you, ive tried that, you've tried that. so i guess its up to me?

Anyhoo... definitely do what you can to not see them. Try new places and new things all the time. If you do see them, keep it formal. No phone calls, emails, correspondence beyond pleasantries required during the rare circumstance that you DO run into each other. Keep yourself focused on you!
