She is a witch
My SIL drives me F'in nuts. She never talks to me, she talks through my kids. Example...P. tell your mommy she needs to get food. or dinner is ready, or what ever else she has to really say to me. But now, i want to go off on her. she wasn't there for my husband when he really needed family to support us. She never called to tell us she was thinking of us, and we have all of their storage crap in our garage and yard. I really want to tell them to get their stuff out and that I am mad. My husband would not like that, but She is so mean to me . I hate going to functions b/c I know I have to tolerate her. It really drives me nuts!

Sounds like your husband needs to understand how much stress you are under, and then the two of you should approach her together. Don't let her intimidate you, you don't owe her anything.

Give her a deadline to move it, then sell her stuff.
My wife has a VERY nosey, annoying, irritating, and intrusive family... We finally got the point where we basically said to ourselves "You know, they have never been there for you, they are always talking down to us, and they rarely, if ever, say anything to me or compliment me on my personal successes (which in turn allows me to generate a substantial income and take good care of my family).
We finally sat them down and told them we were not taking it any more, and if they didn't have anything nice to say to us, to leave us along and not say anything. We speak, rarely on the phone now (enough to keep up pleasantries), but both sides know 'what is up'.
Family is great, but sometimes a situation comes along when the proverbial 'chord' must be cut.
