To that Burger King guy
All my friends and I wanted was a meal, not all the crap that came with it. We bought your overpriced salads, and opened them to find live flies and rank, rotting cheese. When we came back - salads untouched - and asked to talk to you, you wouldn't listen to us without receipts, and then tried to convince us that the bugs were a result of the nearby beach, and that what we were saying was impossible because the salads were "made that morning". You reluctantly refunded our money without the least apology, and proceeded to yell at us for telling you how to do your job! You told us to get out, that we had no right to complain because you returned the money and "believed our story". You were rude, completely inconsiderate, and backed up by your gang of minimum-wage puppets who told us to leave the store. You were the burger king manager at that particular beach, and you are so fired.Rating:0.00

Don't forget to send a letter to Head Office (I think it's in Florida). You could get some coupons outa the deal, not to mention raise a little cain!
Better yet, see if you can find their number (NOT the one with the free burger deal where you have to do a survey - FREE marketing info for them - FUCK THAT NOISE! )

Do what #1 says, don't call a generic customer service number they won't care, call or write the most important person you can.
I know this isn't about BK but all fast food sucks the same. I had the munchies one morning and really wanted a McGriddle. I went to the drive through and when I got home I found that they gave me a muffin with a piece of cheese on it.
I called the McManager at the store to bitch about it and she got all pissy and said it was my fault for not checking the bag before I left the property. So I called the customer service # on the cup and tried to get her fired but all I got was coupons.
