Instant molester
When i thought everything couldnt get worst.. i just found out that my father molested one of our past maid and now i just saw a sex video on his cellphone fucking our new maid. i dont know what to do... i just hope he gets STD.. now i know why some of our maids leaves us for no apparent reason... And everytime that happens my father blames us because according to him we are treating our maids like slaves.. #1 the father isn't molesting anyone unless the maids are under 18. And he's not raping them unless they're unwilling.

Intimidation is a tool that all rapists/molesters use to get what they want. The fear they instill within an individual can be overwhelming. If a maid, particularly a young maid, who may be unaware of her rights, can easily be persuaded into a situation like this by an overbearing, and ruthlessly cruel man. They can make their victims beleive they are supposed to do what they are told or they will be fired or somehow be blamed.
