Sterilize the masses
The more stupid people are, the more children they seem to have. Whereas the higher level of education someone has the more they will consider their lifes fulfilled without the need to reproduce. simply because there is more to their lives than that. and their value is not measured by how many little mouths and hearts depend on them. You will see many couples with academic careers that choose not to have children. And you will also see ignorant people having 6 kids and pregnant with another one. They are selfish and needy. They need babies that depend and love them to feel worth. and they inevitably take much pride in "being a single mom of 7" or "hardworking parents of 5".
You will see these people screaming at their kids at supermarkets, you will see them treating their children to McHappyMeal on the week to shut them up, you will see them washing all those 6 children's clothing with biological washing power, you will see this people teaching their kids "finders keepers losers weepers", these are just examples of what these people do.
See my point?
The people that ought to reproduce for the benefit of humanity, the people who would educate their children to be decent active citizens choose not to. But the ignorant masses put more and more children in the world to claim benefits, to lay around doing nothing, until they themselves are able to reproduce with their 16 years old girlfriends and move into their parents backroom.
Sad reality.

The photo you used is not a good example because based on the size of that house and the fact that that father is obviously able to support such a huge family would lead me to believe that he is not lacking in money or intelligence.

I dunno #4. The guy sounds like he wishes all those "lesser" beings would be gone. Sounds like the prevailing mindset in 1930s and 1940s Germany. Maybe you should brush up on history.

There are very well educated people that are not the best example for their fellow humans.
"The people who would educate their children to be decent active citizens" are not necessarily those who are "well educated".
I can only assume that you would mean that those who have benefitted from a "higher education", are those who should reproduce. Remember though, who is it that has brought to fruition methods of hurting and destroying others?
This is more of a question of morality that education.

Do you know that a single mother working at walmart making $9/hr makes $18700/year. If this theoretical mother was a minority and had two kids she could potentially make $45000/year from the goverment alone.
People should not have kids so they can make money from those that pay taxes. Programs such WIC, TANF, HUD, and foodstamps are set up to help for a short time, but these people stay on them their whole lives and drain goverment funds. The government will also give them a 10% break on electric and phone bills. Of course why should they want to give up their designer clothes when someone else pays for eveytuing.

It's either stupid people or hippies that have tons of kids. i know a lot of really smart hippies... But i personally will never have children. i love kids and like them for a couple of hours when they are not mine forever. the kids like me too... But i mean... Logically, they are a waste of everything. adopt if you want kids... They ruin your body, gain priority for at least 18 years... Suck your money until after college... And what do you get for it? dirty mouths, blunts being smoked in the car you bought them, and never a thank you.

The term "Ghetto Chic" makes me laugh.
Here you have (generally) minorities, who exploit the system for thousands of tax dollars per year through welfare programs. They spend those thousands of dollars on cars, clothes, cell phones, iPods, shitty music, video game systems, and even "grillz" (some also spend it on drugs). But not a one of them can afford to move out of the shithole slums they inhabit.
They can't pay their court fines and costs of $50 per month, but are paying $45 per month to RAC for that 50 inch HD plasma set (unknowingly paying $3240 for a $1200 TV over six years). Evidently, they have no concept of real-world economics, and we keep paying them to sit on their asses. Thank your politician.
