I'm sick of having to see Mike Tyson's ugly fucking mug every time that I come to this site, already pissed off as it is. Someone should shoot that ugly rapist piece of shit. Mike Tyson probably can't read or write anyway, so what the fuck kind of promoter is he for a site based on those two actions? Fuck that ugly nigger.

4Hmmm.. my problem with that particular instance of sarcastic humor (above, not Mike Tyson) is that it seems intended to make a point, but really doesn't. It was certainly sarcastic, I just don't see the humor.
I also agree that the poster is an idiot for missing hte point.
Further, that banner is annoying as hell, I too am tired of seeing it. God damn, it was funny, but... CHANGE it please?
Maybe make 4 more, and cycle through them? Is that so much to ask?

As someone not interested in being a lawyer, the answer is still obvious to me. As a future lawyer, why not do a little research? Try keywords like "celebrity, parody, fair use" and so on.
I'm guessing, though, that by "future lawyer" you mean that you are a high school or undergrad student sitting on your ass and dreaming about scoring well on your LSATs.
