Customers suck
Why is it that you aren't allowed to have a bad week at work. You're expected to be all sunshine and rainbows. But when any customer is having a bad day they're allowed to treat you like dirt.Rating:5.00

Employees cost money.

2Nobody should be treating strangers like dirt - but they do anyways. Why? Because they're selfish; apparently people who treat others like shit don't understand the fact that the others don't give a damn about them.

3Employees create money by giving their energy, loyalty and skills to their particular employer and its clientelle. If I'm not being valued in my workplace, I move on to a place where I feel appreciated and productive. Customer SHOULD NOT be allowed to treat yu like dirt. I feel your pain.
Customers do pay for a service or product; however, it is your sweat and tears (or your rainbows and sunshine) that work towards producing that quality service for them and this can be HARD WORK when they don't appreciate you and reciprocate with the simplest act of politeness - a "please", a "thankyou", a smile. Easy.

4Next time a customer calls in all pissed off at the world, remember this one thing, they are not pissed off at you, they are pissed off at the product they purchased. Kill them with kindness and it will drive the customer fucking crazy and you will have an awesome time doing it too! Trust me!!!
