ANALOGY: you just robbed a bank, shot someone, and led the police on a dangerous hour-long car chase through a busy city and you expect them to treat you like a fucking saint?? Are you fucking stupid??These criminals didn't have any respect for those they victimized so why should the police or anyone else?
Do what you're fucking told and you have no problem. If you want to act like an asshole and fight them, then expect to have a billy club smashed over your head and a taser wire in your ass.
It's self defense. The police aren't suppose to defend themselves against idiots? Come on now.

Look up the definition of analogy some time. And do you think it's possible that the cops are brutal sometimes when they shouldn't be? They're often overly brutal whether they've not been provoked.

Becoming a cop is easy. It does NOT take
a special person to become a police officer, therefore, cops don't deserve respect until they earn it.
If I'm getting harassed or being beaten, I'm fuckin running away. If I think my life is in danger, you are in for an hour long chase, buddy.
Police officers have shot 3 year old kids, old people and there have been countless cases of police brutality and theft by the cops. Respect that? Fuck no.
Besides, when a cop decides to get involved in a high speed chase because someone stole a case of beer from 7-11, isn't that endangering the lives of everyone on the road? I see it all the time, where innocent people are hurt or killed, because a cop decides it's a good idea to chase someone who committed a non violent crime.
Obviously, the poster of this vent has never been victimized by the police. I'll tell you what, no matter how nice and respectful you are, sometimes it is the cop who has a problem, and that cop had the intention of beating you before they even saw your face. Trust me, I've seen it right in front of me.

Ah, there are good cops and not-so-good cops. In my area the city cops are OK but the county Sheriff's deputies are absolute dicks. (And they make more money, too.) So who knows why they get these chips on their shoulder. Maybe they're State Police wanna-bes who couldn't make it.

I would never go "bawling to the cops". I have been personally treated like dirt by the police for no reason whatsoever. They have beaten me and got away with it, and they couldn't even arrest me because I did nothing wrong.
Like I said, if you are in the wrong place at the wrong time, you will learn.
Or maybe you aren't from the city. I am, so I have seen alot of it. Maybe some country bumpkin cop will cornhole you outside your barn.

Yea I guess you were just standing around, minding your own fucking business when a cop with a problem, walks up to you and starts beating the shit out fo you with a billy club. Must be cuase he hates black people and doesn't have to explain himself to anyone. Especially not after you file a huge fucking lawsuit and he has to explain why he put you in the hospital for being black. Stop acting so fucking innocent! Goddamn it. You commit a crime, or give a cop shit, verbally or physically, you deserve to have your head smashed in becuase your a fucking idiot. End of story. Not terribly unrelated - I think that if we have proof, like DNA evidence, that someone committed a violent crime, we should just shoot that person. No trial, no stupid lethal injection or last dinners. Stop wasting money on criminals they know the punishment.
