Why must we use the n-word so much
I don't understand it, the n-word used to be the worst thing you can say, but now it is so regular in our culture that it doesn't really bother many people when it is said.many of black people died fighting for their freedom and fighting for equal rights, and the n-word was something that was put into the no say colum no matter what race you were, but now we have black rappers who say it regularly in their songs because they are a n-word and they feel they have the right to say it, and because of them many of people including whites will say it and not even think twice about what they are saying.
i guess what i am trying to say is that if black people have fought so hard to abolish this word from existence so it didn't classify them as some other 'species' then why are these rappers who are somewhat of role models saying it constantly in their songs, if they had any clue what blacks were going through no more than 50 years go they would know better,

If only humanity could evolve beyond the pettyness of other "bad" words, where nobody can really say WHY they should be bad while their non-bad equivalents are OK, we could get on to more important things.

To half of the dumbasses above me, it's not only about using the word but the money that comes along with these artists. Think about it. If the head of some record label is white and allows his artists to use the N word it is just a different from of enslavement for African Americans because most of us in American, no matter what race, are greatly influenced by the media. So all of a sudden we're gang banging, bitches and snaky hoes calling each other the n word.
