Why do blacks walk so slow when they are in front of your car?

They (black people) enjoy, more than anything, making a white person have to WAIT on them. They are always aware of the present colour ratio in any enviroment.
If they feel threatened, they lash out by walking slowly in front of "Whities" vehicles in order to send a subtle message "don't fuck with me, I am a black person with a slow gait." Then, in their minds they have evened the "score."
This also pretains to standing in line at a store with a black cashier. Once they spot "Whitie" in line, they revert to "Slow Mode." Painstakingly ringing up one item after another, in a delayed and unrushed manner. They may even pause to answer a text message or smoke a "Blunt."
Yet another example is when a Black spots a "Whitie" in trouble. But, instead of reacting to the given situation, they stand there with their cell phones raised high and snap photos to send to their"homies." This is also known as "Poking fun at a desperate Crackah." It is their way of getting a one uppance on "The Man."
This is all true. I saw it on the discovery channel.

I've seen them do it in their own neighborhoods. They walk slow and stop their cars in the middle of the road to chat with their homies and they do it whether the person behind them is white or black. I think it's just that they are highly inconsiderate people.

Funny enough, most of my recent experiences with black males have been with no-talent douchebags who fancy themselves as the next best rap or hip-hop artist. They even have their own record label.
Do they all thin k their the next Dr. Dre or Snoop Dogg? Not that those guys were anything other than a waste of DNA...
