I hate my coworker
It also doesn't help that she is one of the bosses' daughter. She expects everyone to work around her schedule. I have not met anyone who is that inconsiderate and selfish. Not only that, she leeches off of me and is a tight ass, and free loader. I cannot have any kind of food or snack or she will ask for it.Of course, since I am a nice person, I say okay.
But it really has gotten the best of me. And I just want to tell her to get her own shit. But I don't want to create hostile working environment.

You can tell her that you can`t afford to share snacks anymore due to the fact that your salary isn`t big enough to afford anything but snacks to sustain yourself. ^_^
Frankly, the only real advice I can give you there is to stand your ground. Do not get rude, but simply rebuff her whenever she wants something you don`t want to give.

Although that sounds good in theory, people aren`t that stupid not to make a connection.
Either someone else also tries those brownies and gets all `laxed up, or it will be really hard not to make it look suspicious to let her "steal" some without offering any to other people or eating any.
And, uh, life experience teaches me that boss` relatives can always get away with one-upping you with nastier prank. You, on the other hand, don`t quite have the luxury.
Of course, that would be pretty amusing "last shot", if you`d have work arranged somewhere else already.

#3, nice gag, but illegal. Technically, you can be arrested for assault and/or battery for doing that. Even attempted homicide by poisoning. Tread these waters lightly.
It might just be better for you to approach your boss with as much honesty and integrity as you can, and inform him/her of what is going on. If they have one iota of integrity themselves, they will rectify the situation in your favor. If not, be sure you have another job lined up, because who would want to work for an employer like that?

Good lawyer will easily get not too scrupulpous doctor to testify that content of laxative in those brownies is dangerous for health. Which will automatically turn gag into attempt to poison.
Motive? Career advancement. Case opened, case closed, and prankster never finds decent work ever again.
Talking to boss about their relative being mean to you? ... I have to agree - that might be a sound option on Feeblebrox, but around here, that will just toss your career at this company into gutter.
Frankly, best idea is to get another job, and never look back - because although it`s quite possible to fight back, such fights are very common with monkey poo-fight. No matter who wins, everyone will stink in the end.
