I don't "hate" anyone, I just "dislike" them
Why in the hell do people say stupid things like "I don't hate anyone or anything, I just dislike them" and then they think they are somehow better than everyone else. Well, I have a newsflash for you - YOU AREN'T BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE! Just because you make a stupid fucking comment that you don't sink to the level of "hating" someone or something, doesn't make you a better person than the rest of us who can admit we HATE certain people.Rating:0.00

#2 here and I guess you want to put words in my mouth #3 because I didn't say anything of the kind. Of course I get angry but how does being angry with someone equate to hating them? Hate is a long term emotion and I just don't see the point in wasting time hating someone. The fact is that you have to think about someone in order to hate them and I prefer to not waste time thinking about someone I don't like.

Core difference between hate and dislike is simple.
Hate is active abhorrence of a person in question, complete with aggressive actions carried out whenever opportunity presents itself.
Dislike is passive displeasure with person, complete with ignoring said person whenever possible.
