Fuck stupid people in college
It pisses me off to see so many morons at college. I worked my ass off to get here, and I'm working my ass off to do well here.Some of these fucktards, though, do nothing but drink, fuck, and whine about their drama. Don't get me wrong, I like to party every now and then. Doing it 5 or 6 days a week is asinine.
Then these D-minus rectal pirates go out into the workforce and devalue MY degree. It's enough to make a sane man want to buy an uzi.

1I'm not sure I follow your degree devaluing argument. When those idiots get into the workforce they won't be able to find a decent job and if you worked hard and graduated with honors, you will. You should be glad that more kids don't study hard in school so you won't have as much competition when you go looking for the top jobs.

4I didn't say they don't go into the workforce, I said they won't be able to find a decent job and by decent I mean good. They might get jobs but they don't get great jobs and the ones that do get good jobs don't keep them long if they aren't capable of doing the job well. If they are capable of doing the job well despite the fact that they partied their asses off in college, it means they are better than you anyway.

7You know who I hate? I hate people who bitch about all those who went to college and partied constantly. You made the decision to only "party now and then" and it sounds like you got the grades that you were looking for. Good for you.
Now here's the bad news, your degree, devalued or not, can only get you the job, not advance you. The advancement usually goes to the person who has talent and is well liked by co-workers and the boss. Your work ethic that your so proud of won't mean as much when all the kids who partied throughout college and didn't pull D minuses actually start trying.
I hate stupid (literal) people who won't let everyone forget that they had to bust their ass to make it through college with x.x GPA. Someone else pulled that drunk and in their sleep. No one cares how hard you worked. Go watch Rudy and cry yourself to sleep.

8"Devalue your degree"? What a dipshit you are... Your degree's value is based upon what the market feels it is worth. For example, if your school is well known for economics, and you are there for physical education, your degree ain't worth shit anyway. However, if you are majoring in economics, then you have something to be proud of, and dare I say, brag about.
Who cares how hard you had to work to get it?
Just remember, there are those who can get good grades without taxing themselves as you apparently need to do.
All you are getting out of the deal is a better work ethic. And in the real world, that may or may not count for shit, depending on your chosen career and who employs you.

12"Devalue your degree" - well, yeah. If the particular college is host to a bunch of people who do minimal work, than the college gets a bad reputation for having mediocre people. Then those who work hard suffer because their college degree is rather worthless comapred to the work they have done.

13You're totally right and they should be beaten senseless with rubber hoses and then shot in the kneecaps. They totally do devalue your degree, because it's used as some sort of standard for what to expect from a person when they're being hired for a job. Even better, they'll probably end up your shithead boss because the loser who got ahead the same damn way and just drank and partied his route though the old boys club instead of doing real man's work!
