Im such a fucking tool
Im such an IDIOT!!!!i was at a massive party the other night and consumed far too much vodka and beer as is the norm at parties like these. So anyway this guy turns up that I hate kinda been seeing about 6 months ago. Ive seen him a good few times over the past six months since he got back with his girlfriend of 5 years, and we've just been friends. Ive always been cool with this since whatever we had was just a bit of fun, I was never like "falling in love with him" or anything stupid like that.
So we're at the party and he starts frlirting his ass off with me, and telling me how amazing I looked - blah blah fucking blah. I was just laughing it off. It was flattering but Ive been seeing this other guy for a month or so that I really like so I just wasnt interested.
Well after I drank far too much vodka and beer I was too hammered to be able to resist any longer. We started kissing etc and one thing lead to another and we had sex.
When I woke up the next morning I felt like such a bitch. I know I myself ament officially attached but he has a girlfriend of like 5 YEARS! Jesus what was i thinking!! I just feel so bad for her, I mean they live together and everything.......
And the worst part is that it wasnt even worth it coz he was shit in bed

Work on your liquor tolerance.
Given what you say, you seem to be suggestionable when inebriated.
It would be prudent to learn some tricks that help dealing with liquor - like, knowing your limit and keeping yourself together inebriated.
In a pinch, a raw egg sucked out or a few tablespoons of cold oatmeal prior to party can help to deal with immediate liquor. I can`t say that this is particularly tasty, however.

See, I have been drunk to the point of not being able to stand. But I am ALWAYS aware of what I am doing! Even if I have wanted to do something with someone, I never would because I am not stupid. I have never been able to understand how people can do stupid shit like this.
But shit happens, it's in the past. He had every bit to do with it as you. It's his choice whether he wants to tell his gf or not. I wouldn't dwell on it.

Hey Dumb-ass, I see a cycle that will repeat itself that apparently you don't see. Those in long term relationships that break up then get back together, break up then get back together....... Etc. So after the next break up they have, you'll have a fling with him because you can't resist. He'll then put you back on the shelf when he wants to get back together with her leaving you in despair.
So forget about him and simply MOVE ON.
