Ostensibly, I should be busy for seven hours straight answering the calls from customers about their internet problems, but we`re just that damn good that customers don`t have nearly enough problems to take all my time.
So basically, I`m paid to sit on the net for seven hours straight waiting for someone to call for support. Giving that average is about three calls a day per thousand clients, you can guess just how relaxing my work is.
