Why is it that people think that just because they show up for work and do nothing they should be paid. They don't do something they have been told to do and oops I forgot, they lie, steal, cheat and god forbid that they are missing a dollor off thier pay. You know what youslack fucking asstard you owe me that dollar for sitting on your lazy ass, stealing shit and making my life hell. But other than killing someone I can't request someone be fired for being a lazy twat.. But I need to motivate them more... How the fuck do you motavate they slackers of the world who dont give a flying fuck???If it wasn't for the fact that I really need the paycheque I would tell the boss to go take a colonic with some dynomite!!!!

OP, I had the same problem until I found someone in the company who hated slackers as much as I did and also had the power to do something about it. Long story short, we teamed up, got them fired, and I have a nice promotion and a decent pay increase.

Great rant! I am sick of these lazy fucks as well. I see these assholes all over the place. Ofcourse we ask, "why is the economy sinking" well it is because of these lazy fucks. Now that obama is in office, they will probably do less.

More vacation days = more work done. Average US vacation days 13.... Average European vacation days 35. That means we have approximately 22, 24 hour periods to fuck around with.
