NWA Can Suck it
I just paid $250 to change a flight reservation. I wasn't able to do it from the Northwest Airlines website, so I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a customer service rep who ended up charging $50 for a CALL CENTER FEE. 50 bucks to talk to that whore??? She should have been talking dirty to me at that price. Outrageous. Can't wait to see what other little surprise charges await me from this dumb ass airline that can't figure it out and thus gauges customers to stay afloat. Bitches.Rating:5.00
