It Pays to Fuck with Reverend Fred Phelps

    Much as I'd love to jump on that bandwagon, I can't honestly say that I HATE anyone. I feel sorry for the guy, and think he's misguided, but if I said I hated him I feel I'd just be giving him justification for saying the things he says. Love thy neighbor, Rev. Phelps.

    We used the word 'hate' to mean the opposite of 'like' but obviously we don't 'hate' him either. We'd be idiots to hate someone that provides so much comedy material to the world and gives people something to rant about on Ventibate.

    Actually, I don't think I really truly hate anyone, either. There are lots of people I dislike, but nobody that I have extra special loathing for.

    It's also possible to live your life without hating anyone. Just make sure you don't get divorced, hehehe.

    ^ Good one, re: divorce. I think that the harm to one's self from harboring hatred - stress, high blood pressure, anti-social tendencies - outweigh any possible benefits. Not that I'm against blowing off steam once in a while in a satisfying and (usually) legal way.
