Ineffective, dimwitted, bitch of a boss
Yeah, being "unit supervisor" for 15 years does not mean shit to anyone, fucking whore. Your controlling and condensending attitude only creates resentment among the staff. This is a fucking library for Christ's sake, not a fucking ER. Sure you act nice and friendly, but behind our backs you nitpick us to death, because you have nothing else in your life but this crap job. You are only here because the better people left for better jobs, and to get away from you. You were the only one left to be "promoted to asshole in charge". Yet, because this is a stupid state job, you can not get fired, despite countless complaints from staff. Everyone is distrustful of you, and those who like you are your little spies who's sole purpose is to run out workers who just want to enjoy work. Enjoy what little and insignifcant power you yield, because you will never amount to anything but a cold heartless lesbian who looks fuck ugly. Oh yeah, being 1 of 3 guys in an all female workplace is a nightmare, especially with these fucking cunts in control. No wonder fucking maintinance never fills you work orders, they do not want to take orders from a control bitch.So keep hitting the bars fucker, I am sure that one day you will realize what a pathetic life you have, while the rest of us moved on to greener pastures.
