Gay Rights
I sit here now behind a table selling LGBT rights shirts, and i so bad want to purchase one and wear it proudly for all to see that though i am not gay i support their equality. problem is, i am very religious and all my friends are the conservative religious type while I am the "liberal one". I am afraid to announce my pride because I know I will be judged and I know it will spark debates, and im sick of the debates and the arguments we already have over things....Rating:0.00

16why the fuck would people CHOOSE to be ostracized from a good portion of society, family and friends, just because of what they prefer in bed? what a stupid thing to say it's a choice.

18you shouldn't think of what people will say... that will always hinder your creativity and how far you go into relationships/careers

19Being gay is not a choice. You cant help it. Its just like being retarded. You are born this way. Something goes wrong in the womb and your brain develops wrong. This makes you attracted to the same sex.
That is the only logical explanation. People who say it is are secretly gay themselves, because they understand how that would be desirable for them, but they are fighting it, hence, making a choice to pretend to be straight.
Gays are born gay. Just like autism, down syndrome, and any other mental handicap, we should treat them nicely and give them special little classrooms in school and special treatment. I'm all for it. They can even have their own parking spaces and whatnot. We have to be sympathetic to these retards. They have sex with eachother and they can't help it. So lets just accept it and help them out.

20I don't support gay rights at all. but un-like most Christians, i don't condem it. acceptance and love are characteristics Christ taught, as well as forgivness. The book of Leviticus in the Old Testiment does call homosexuality an abomination. and even though i may not follow the Bible to a T, that is what i base my moral compass on.

21I respect gay guys who has the balls to come out of the closet. I go to church with my wife and two kids to put on a show. There's more of us gays out here than you know about so be careful what you say when you talk about gays because the person you're talking to could be an undercover gay.

22#19... You have issues. I'm all for gay rights, but that means treating them equally, not treating them like mentally handicapped people. Because they're just like you and me, but with different views on some things.
Homosexuality is not a choice. I spend most of my time wishing I was a lesbian because men are too complicated, but there's nothing I can do to change the fact that I'm straight.
