Many of the countries with free health care have a standard in the medical field that doesn't touch ours. Find me 10 people in the US in situations needing surgery/health care that would go to CUBA???

No, life isn't more valuable than money, BUT things have a cost. That is how capitalism works. Should it cost so much? maybe not, but that person gave up a decade of their life to train to become someone who can save you.

All you people keep talking about "free" health care. That money has to come from somewhere. If you have the government pay for it like other countries do then you'll have to pay taxes for it. There is no fucking thing as "free" health care. Either you pay insurance companies, or the government.
I'll pay insurance, or work on getting a damn job so i can have it from my employer in order to have the top shelf healthcare in the world.

I don't have health insurance. I think I had a heart attack yesterday, but then it went away. See? I'm ok!! Sometimes my poo is pink, but I don't want to pay for a doctor, and it goes away on its own. Things tend to work themselves out.

You cannot provide universal health care coverage without severely LIMITING each individuals right to health care access and choices. A lot more research needs to be done before you people should be saying you think everyone should have free healthcare. How do you think this could happen? where is this Money going to come from? How do you divide limited resources fairly?
I lived without health insurance for 20 years. Then i worked really hard to pay for my own college, got a job, and have my own health care insurance that i WORK for. I agree - maybe stop suing doctors so much- increased liability and insurance costs are a huge factor in the cost of our medical services today.
