Pile of problems
I am very attractive girl, and have no problems finding guys, the only problem is that i suffer from hemorrhoids.And I am very scared of my partners finding out.
too shy to go to the doctor as well.
too advanced to cure with over-the-counter meds.
I wont ever have sex.
Life sucks.

Or purchase industrial strength preparation H. or alternatively, find a guy who will have you hemorrhoids and all, i'm sure if you are as nice a person as you apparently look finding a guy who doesn't care too much about a bloody backside shouldn't be too hard.
