Mtv Sucks! Get off the air!!!!
Let's face it, America. MTV sucks! They don't play music anymore, and the music they do play drops your IQ. The shows on there now are just a bunch of spoiled rich 16-year-old drama queens who cry their crocodile tears when they don't get what they want! That and the other bullshit dating and reality shows that they show. Enough is enough! And worse are the brainwashed dolts who base their lives on this, turing our women into promiscuous, pathetic excuses for the female gender, and turns men into brainless jackasses. Did I metion the music sucks?MTV, get off the air!!

2Right. i never really thought about it before, but you are right about the gender stereo types mtv portrays and encourages the 16 year olds who watch it to fulfill. kind of incompatible with their new social conscience and liberal stand (their campaigns to save the enviroment, end the war, support for equality - gay and otherwise, promotion of awareness about sexual health, and encouragement of young people to go out and vote), no? and its not that i disagree with their other messages .... I do agree (but don't really like their approach or general programming), i just think that the message they send about gender roles and such doesn't line up with the rest.

They truly have become lost, and the notion that they inconsistent and 'off message' is really good... Its time for MTV to go

14I agree, MTV used to stand for "MUSIC Television, " these days they don't seem to know what they hell they are. And you know who else sucks like that now? TV Land. No one who wants to watch "Classic Television" gives a rat's ass about some beauty competition or what George Foreman and his 97 kids are up to.
