Correct grammar please

Have you ever noticed, say the descriptive text on some web site that people upload or post, and they type "dat" instead of "that", or "dis" instead of "this", or "da" instead of "the". Lets say I'm reading the descriptive caption for a video such as Youtube or any other site, and it's full of these lexi-moronical words. I find it's like having to translate whilst reading and I have to pause or try to read it again to comprehend whatever the fuck they're attempting to convey. This irritates me, causes me to skip it and move on to somewhere else. Yes that's correct, I skip it. So this way you don't have to tell me "well if you don't like it, don't read it. " But it's just fucking annoying.

And now the part you will more than likely find racist. It's obvious this typo-graphic method is to portray Black Culture. To be quite honest, it's annoying and it seems so illiterate.

PS: I won't be the least bit surprised if someone posts a comment using these dumb-ass phonetics.

It doesn't SEEM illiterate, it IS illiterate. It is not my role in life to 'Dumb Down'. So you ignorant shits can slack through life with your precious fucking self esteem intact. If you talk like a moron, read at a second grade level and look like you got hit in the fucking face with a tackle bow, then, I'm not going to hire you. Call me bigoted if you want, but I'm trying to cater to what my customers want. If you want the job, meet the standard. If you don't want the job. then it's time for you to AXE your self some questions.

You have a lot of nerve writing that when your grammar is bad as I see.

When you have a quote that ends a sentence the punctuation goes between the last letter and the last quotation mark.

"But it's just fucking annoying. " is a sentence fragment. Google it please for your sake.

"When you have a quote that ends a sentence the punctuation goes between the last letter and the last quotation mark. "

Sorry Mr. Grammar Expert but that's not correct in all cases. There are times when the punctuation goes in front of the end quote and times when it goes after the quote.

If the quote that ends the sentence was a complete sentence itself the period would be in front of the final quote but if it was sentence fragment the period would be after the end quote. Technically the way he did it is correct.

It also depends on whether someone is from the U. S. , Canada of England so speaking in absolutes like you did is not possible.

#7: It's not about being picky on correct punctuation. It's all about spelling.

Are you able to read this without having to pause or read it again to get my point?

No? then fine. You see my point.

Oh oh oh I see your point. It's right there after the my and before the period.

Some of the better hip hop artists all say the same thing. Mos Def, Talib Kwali, The Roots; All of these artists bring a whole new flavor to the scene. Intelligence in your rhyme pattern, and a message to be heard. What do you think, you're cool because you have dope money to buy big rims? Sure, but step up your game, evolve. Be you, but don't sound like every other thuggish ruggish generic rhymes. The game's changed, change with it.

This isn't at all practiced by only middle and high schoolers. I am a white person who attended what is known as A Historically Black College. I was so nervous on the first day that I counted the white people. I only say five of them on day one (four of which were foreign exchange students). Anyway, I took a class called African American History (requirement). The professor (A very respectfully educated, younger woman) provided the class with statistical data that compared the SAT/ACT scores of the different races. Oriental people being at the top... White people a bit further down... But black people were tied at the bottom with hispanic students. The sad thing is, many of the hispanic students spoke English only as a second language. Whereas most (nearly all) of the black students only spoke what was supposed to be English. The professor asked the class of over two hundred students why they acted the way they did. She nearly exploded at a student when his answer was simply "You gotta keep it real. " I was one of her favorite students. Not because I was white, but because I had a true respect for what she was attempting to teach us. If you think about it, choice you make is determined by respect. If you have no respect for others, you wear your pants below your ass to show the world what kind of person you are. If you have no respect for your free education that many in this world would kill to have, you become lazy. You simply become so lazy that you can't even sound out a word like "ask or that. " If you ask me, it's a lack of respect for those black people who DID fight so that their children could survive. It's a lack of respect for those who DID fight so that their children could obtain an education and become good citizens of a New World.
