People are stupid with their money
- Buying lottery tickets thinking they more they buy the better their chances. These are attractive to the stupid idiots don't failed math class and can't grasp concepts like probability and statistics.- Store credit cards: Buy a whole bunch of shit and get points to buy some cheap crap. This just takes advantage of idiots who don't think of all the money they have to blow to get enough points to redeem for a fucking keychain!
Some of these cards come with a fee and interest rates! Hello?? The fees and interest will outweigh any so-called benefits you'd get from the card, unless you spend an extreme amount of money. Either way, the store is happy to take your money.
- People who buy warranties on a $100.00 DVD player. Sometimes up to 30 dollars extra. Hello? It's not worth it and just pads the store's profit margin. The chances of the product failing in the pathetic time period are extremely slim.
- "My car is a piece of crap and always costing me money. But I can't afford to get a new one."
The catch? He has about 10 cases of beer and several cartons of cigarettes. He had this big dog and huge bags of dog food as well. He was also PAYING FOR email and World of Warcraft.
Most baffling of all, he has an expensive stereo system in his car with those ridiculous shiny rims and a spoiler on the back of it that must act like wings so he can glide through the air if he were to drive off a cliff. I guess that's its purpose on an old piece of shit ford tempo.
Hey, idiot, you could afford it if you weren't so goddamn stupid!!
Any wonder so many people are "poor".

6Ace rant!
Yep - "lotteries are a tax on the stupid".
(And I bet the dog food is IAMS too!)
Forget one thing tho - everytime anyone uses any of their cards to buy anything - every last purchase is tracked so that all the companies can get FREE and never-ending mega-amounts of marketing info so they can better target the consumer and sell ya' MORE shit! (They used to PAY for consumer market research... As well they should)
You do NOT get "points" cuz they're "nice guys" who appreciate your business. It just makes us all a better and easier bullseye...

7Look, we live in a society where people want WHAT they want WHEN they want it... There is no longer an idea of 'hey, we will save for this'... America alone has 2.8 trillion in personal credit card debt... It is fucking ridiculous.
