Hey OP, I am a father of 2 girls. When I say this, I don't mean any disrespect. You are not good enough for his daughter, as no man will be good enough for mine. Now with that said, it's hard for a dad to let his daughter go to another man, as we are the only man that we want to be involved in their lives, but we know that can't happen. So if you are someone that falls in love with his daughter, you can prove to him that you are the best thing to happen to her since him! Every guy will tell you, they are constantly having to prove themselves to their father-n-law. Your daughters boyfriend/husband will be doing that to you when you have kids.
