Let`s clear a few things...
First, YES, you guys get insane phone bills just like any girl. The only difference is that we call our girlfriends to swap latest tidbits, and you discuss who`s got hottest ass in neighborhood, or hold us on line by taking "dirty". Never understood the appeal, but I guess you have some reason to like it.
Second, it`s pretty common sense NOT to hijack the only vehicle household has, if you are not absolutely certain that noone would need it and asked if you can.

Even supposing that call costs buck-a-minute (and that`s only if no pay-per-minute services were called, whichj ought to charge much more), 1200 minutes is... 20 hours. I think that 20 hours per month of phone time is entirely viable for anyone. Granted, it`s about 40 minutes on the line each day, which is more common among girls, but that occurs to guys as well. Especially when they talk to said girls and don`t want to "miss out on a chance". In those cases you guys can blab nigh into night, rackin` up 4-6 hour calls at once.
